Shipping & Handling Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date we receive your order.

Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays. During periods of unusually high order volumes or other exceptional circumstances, processing may occasionally take longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service handling your shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, the actual delivery timeline is determined by the courier partner. Customers in remote or difficult-to-service locations may experience longer delivery times.

Please note that Prana Essentials cannot guarantee an exact delivery date after an order has been handed over to the courier service.

3. Shipping & Tracking

We use Shiprocket to process and manage our shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will automatically be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and/or other contact details provided with your order, where supported.

You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment.

4. Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, phone number, and other required delivery information while placing an order.

Prana Essentials will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Delays in Transit

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within our stated processing period, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or difficulties delivering to remote locations.
