Who is behind Prana Essentials?
Prana Essentials is managed by Arhatic Alchemy under Frater L.A. (Somipriyo Mukherjee).
Frater L.A. is a disciple of Mahatma Choa Kok Sui and Charlotte Anderson and has been associated with Pranic Healing and related spiritual practices for many years.
Prana Essentials is an independent store created to make carefully selected spiritual and aromatic products more easily available to practitioners and spiritual seekers.
Why did you create Prana Essentials?
Finding good-quality incense, essential oils, and other products for spiritual practice can sometimes be surprisingly difficult.
Many inexpensive products available in the market contain synthetic fragrances, artificial ingredients, or other additives. When something is going to be regularly used in your meditation room, healing space, altar, or home, we believe its quality matters.
Prana Essentials was therefore created to bring together products that we ourselves would be comfortable using in our spiritual practices.
Wherever possible, we source products from established and reputed manufacturers such as Maroma, Auroshikha, and other brands that maintain appropriate quality standards.
Is Prana Essentials only for Pranic Healers and Arhatic Yogis?
No.
The store was created by Frater L.A., whose spiritual background includes Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga and who has been an associate of Charlotte Anderson, the life partner of Mahatma Choa Kok Sui.
However, Prana Essentials is open to everyone.
Our products may be of interest to Pranic Healers, Arhatic Yogis, Reiki practitioners, Theosophists, esoteric practitioners, meditators, lightworkers, yoga practitioners, and spiritual seekers from many different traditions.
You do not need to belong to any particular spiritual school or organization to purchase from us.

References to the spiritual background, teachers, or practices of Frater L.A. are provided to explain the inspiration and background behind the store and should not be interpreted as an official endorsement of Prana Essentials by any particular spiritual organization.
What kind of products do you sell?
Our primary focus is on carefully selected products that may complement meditation, spiritual practice, healing spaces, and everyday personal use.

Are all your products manufactured by Prana Essentials?
No. We stock products from selected manufacturers and established brands, including brands such as Maroma and Auroshikha.
Brand and manufacturer information will be mentioned on the relevant product pages wherever applicable.
Are your essential oils and incense completely natural?
Different manufacturers may use different ingredients, formulations, and production methods.
We therefore recommend checking the individual product description and manufacturer information before purchasing if you require a product to meet a particular standard, such as 100% pure essential oil, natural incense, vegan ingredients, or a particular certification.
We prefer to source from established manufacturers rather than making blanket claims about every product sold through the store.
Do you teach how essential oils and incense can be used in spiritual practice?
Yes.
Our interest goes beyond simply selling products. We also discuss the traditional and practical use of essential oils, incense, aromas, and related materials in meditation, spiritual practice, energetic work, and maintaining an appropriate atmosphere for practice.

Do you ship throughout India?
Yes. We ship orders to serviceable locations throughout India.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends upon the courier service and your location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
How can I track my order?
Our shipments are processed through Shiprocket.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent automatically to your registered WhatsApp number and/or contact details provided with your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, selected products can be shipped internationally.
Products such as incense and certain other non-restricted items may be available for international shipping.

We will confirm whether the products you want can be shipped to your country and provide you with the applicable shipping charges.
Why don't you ship essential oils internationally?
Essential oils can be subject to dangerous-goods and transportation restrictions, particularly for international air transport, depending on their composition, quantity, packaging, destination, and the carrier involved.
For this reason, we currently do not offer international shipping of essential oils through Prana Essentials.
Other eligible products, including incense, may be shipped internationally. Please contact us before placing an international order.
Do you have a physical store?
Prana Essentials is primarily an online store.
Products can be ordered directly through our website. If you have a question about a particular product before ordering, you are welcome to contact us.
Do you also sell spiritual and esoteric books?
Yes.
We also operate the Arhatic Alchemy Online Bookstore, where you can find selected books on spirituality, Theosophy, esotericism, meditation, and related subjects.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery.
You will need to provide clear photographs showing the product, packaging, and damage before a return, replacement, or refund can be arranged.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, products must remain unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Opened or used essential oils, incense, or other products cannot be returned simply because of personal preference.

Can the appearance of a product differ from the photographs?
Occasionally, manufacturers may update packaging, labels, bottles, boxes, or other design elements without changing the underlying product.
As a result, the packaging you receive may sometimes differ slightly from the photographs displayed on our website.
Can essential oils be ingested or used to treat medical conditions?
Products sold by Prana Essentials should be used according to the instructions and safety information supplied by their respective manufacturers.
We do not recommend ingesting essential oils unless a suitably qualified professional and the product manufacturer specifically indicate that the particular product is appropriate for such use.
