Returns & Refunds Policy
At Prana Essentials, we take care to ensure that our products are packed securely and reach you in good condition. If you need to request a return, please read the following policy carefully.
1. Return Period
Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Products whose seal or original packaging has been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within the 7-day return period.
You will be required to provide clear photographs of the product and its packaging showing the damage or issue. These photographs must be submitted before a return or replacement can be arranged.
Please retain the product and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
4. Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Any applicable shipping or return-shipping charges will be communicated before the return is arranged.
5. Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products with broken or tampered seals.
- Products that are not in their original packaging or original condition.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use by the customer.
