1. About Prana Essentials

Prana Essentials is an online retail store offering essential oils, incense sticks, meditation accessories, ritual items, spiritual lifestyle products, and other related goods.

Prana Essentials primarily operates as a retailer and curator of products manufactured by established brands and suppliers. Our store may offer products manufactured by reputed brands such as Auroshikha, Maroma, and other selected manufacturers and suppliers.

We seek to source products from manufacturers and suppliers that maintain high standards relating to product quality, manufacturing, packaging, and responsible business practices. The respective manufacturers remain responsible for matters relating to their manufacturing processes, formulations, ingredients, product specifications, manufacturing standards, quality-control procedures, warnings, and manufacturer-specific product claims.

Prana Essentials makes reasonable efforts to source genuine products from reputable suppliers and to supply products in appropriate condition. However, manufacturers may occasionally modify:

• Ingredients
• Packaging
• Labels
• Colours
• Fragrances
• Product dimensions
• Instructions
• Product specifications

Such changes may occur without prior notice to Prana Essentials. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or specific ingredient requirements should therefore carefully read the manufacturer's current product label, ingredients, warnings, and instructions before using the product. Natural ingredients can vary between batches in fragrance, colour, appearance, and consistency. These variations are a normal characteristic of many natural products and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective. 6. Essential Oils

Essential oils offered through Prana Essentials are concentrated aromatic products and should be used responsibly and according to the manufacturer's instructions. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the manufacturer, products sold by Prana Essentials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided through our website concerning the traditional, aromatic, meditative, spiritual, or wellness uses of essential oils is provided for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Customers are responsible for using essential oils according to appropriate product instructions and precautions. Where applicable:

8. Incense, Candles & Fire Safety

Incense sticks, candles, charcoal, oil burners, and other products involving flame, heat, smoke, or combustion must be used responsibly. Customers should:

• Never leave burning incense or candles unattended.
• Keep burning products away from children and pets.
• Keep flames and incense away from curtains, paper, clothing, and other flammable materials.
• Use suitable heat-resistant holders or surfaces.
• Ensure reasonable ventilation when burning incense.
• Follow all manufacturer safety instructions.

Customers are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of these products after delivery.

9. Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that item. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we are unable to fulfil an item for which payment has already been received, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative, delayed fulfilment where reasonable, or a refund for the unavailable item.

10. Prices

Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed periodically. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges may be displayed separately where applicable. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

11. Pricing & Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, descriptions, availability information, and other website content. However, typographical, technical, administrative, or system errors may occasionally occur. Where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to correct the error or cancel an affected order. If payment has already been successfully received for an order that we subsequently cannot fulfil because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

12. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products from Prana Essentials. Orders may be subject to verification of:

• Fraud or security checks

Where we cancel a successfully paid order before supplying the goods, the applicable payment will be refunded in accordance with our policies.

13. Payments

Payments through our website may be processed using third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, and other payment methods made available at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete a payment. Prana Essentials does not generally directly store complete card details, UPI PINs, internet-banking passwords, or similar sensitive payment credentials entered through third-party payment gateways. Payment processing may additionally be governed by the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

14. Failed or Pending Payments

Occasionally, an amount may appear to have been deducted from a customer's account while the transaction remains failed, pending, or unconfirmed on our website. Payment confirmation depends upon information received from the relevant bank or payment provider. Where successful payment confirmation has not been received, an order may not be processed until the transaction is verified. Customers experiencing payment problems may contact us with the relevant order and transaction details.

15. Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation. Larger, bulk, unusually heavy, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. The 2–3 business day period refers to processing and dispatch, not final delivery. Actual delivery times depend upon the customer's location, courier service, public holidays, weather, transportation conditions, and other logistical factors. All shipping matters are additionally governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Domestic Shipping Charges

For eligible orders within India:

• Shipping is free for orders of ₹2,000 or above.
• Shipping charges applicable to orders below ₹2,000 will ordinarily be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer.
• Unusually heavy, oversized, bulk, or remote-location shipments may require additional shipping arrangements or charges.

17. International Shipping

International shipping is available only for selected products and destinations.

Essential Oils

We currently do not ship essential oils internationally. This is due to international courier, aviation, customs, liquid, and other applicable shipping restrictions.

Incense & Other Products

Incense sticks and selected ritual or other eligible products may be shipped internationally, subject to courier availability and the laws and import requirements of the destination country. International customers should contact Prana Essentials before ordering to confirm whether the products can be shipped to their destination and to obtain the applicable shipping rate. International customers are generally responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless expressly stated otherwise.

18. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

• Name
• Shipping address
• PIN/postal code
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Other information reasonably required for delivery

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the information if the shipment has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible. Additional shipping charges may apply where a shipment must be sent again because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or could not be reached after reasonable delivery attempts.

19. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations, damaged products, incorrect products, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers should read that policy before making a purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

20. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are appropriately packed before dispatch. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, broken, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the affected product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• A description of the issue
• An unboxing video where reasonably available

Please retain the product and original packaging while the matter is being reviewed. Eligible replacements or refunds will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the Prana Essentials name, branding, original website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to Prana Essentials and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Prana Essentials may offer products that are useful or of interest to practitioners of Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, Meditation on Twin Hearts, energy healing, meditation, and other spiritual practices. However, Prana Essentials is an independent retail business. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prana Essentials is not represented as an official centre, authorised store, branch, affiliate, representative, or agent of any Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, or associated organisation. References to particular spiritual systems, traditions, practices, books, teachers, or organisations are used for descriptive and informational purposes. All applicable names, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

23. No Guarantee of Spiritual Results

The effectiveness of meditation, spiritual practices, rituals, energy practices, or similar disciplines may depend upon numerous factors beyond the products used. Purchasing incense, essential oils, crystals, meditation accessories, or ritual objects from Prana Essentials does not guarantee:

• Spiritual development
• Healing
• Chakra cleansing or activation
• Energetic protection
• Manifestation of a particular outcome
• Financial prosperity
• Improvement of a medical condition
• Any other specific result

Any spiritual or traditional information associated with products should be understood within its appropriate spiritual or cultural context and not as a guaranteed outcome.
